DOM second hand

Kirpputorit, opiskelijan aarreaitat. En ole käynyt läheskään jokaisella Oulun kirpputorilla mutta vaikka kävisin, uskoisin DOMin olevan yksi suosikeistani.

DOM second hand ei ole itsepalvelukirppis, joten järjestys on sen mukainen. Takit on yhdellä rekillä, hameet toisella ja puserot kolmannella. Ja kaikki kokojen mukaan lajiteltuna. Kengät ovat siististi hyllykössä ja muut tilpehöörit edustavasti aseteltuina. Myyntihinnasta puolet menee hyväntekeväisyyteen, jonka kohde vaihtuu neljä kertaa vuodessa.

Kriteerit myyntiin otettaville vaatteille ovat korkeat, joten nukkaantuneita kertakäyttöriepuja täältä ei löydä. Sovitustila on valtaisa ja kaveria odotellessa voi nauttia kahvit tai teet. Vaatteet voi tuunata heti oston jälkeen itselle sopiviksi vapaasti käytettävissä olevilla ompelukoneella ja saumurilla. Löytöjä voi tehdä myös lahjoitusnurkasta. Miinusta ei voi antaa myöskään keskeisestä paikasta ja tunnelmallisesta tilasta puutalon vintillä. Aukioloajat ja muu informaatio DOMin Facebook-sivulta. Oikea hyvänmielen putiikki!

There is plenty of flea markets in Oulu. Most of them works with self service system and that's why they are more or less messy. DOM second hand is from different world and it is my absolut favorite at the moment.

DOM is well organized, neat and tidy. It is easy to seek what ever you'll need, because clothes are sorted by size, jeans hang on one pole, jackets on another. Shoes are arranged to shelf and all other thingies are easily visible at one glance. Half of the price goes straight to the charity. Criterias for clothes are high, they take only quality clothes in very good condition, nothing outdated. Changing room is spacious and you can enjoy coffee or tea while waiting your friend. There are also sewing machine for little fixing. Huge plus for location and cozy atmosphere in an attic. All the information and opening hours from DOM second hand. Only in Finnish but I'm sure Google is more than happy to help you :). Address is Asemakatu 6.
